Yr 3 trip to the Cathedral - October 2018

29th October 2018

Year 3's trip to Norwich Cathedral (28th Sep 2018)

When we first walked up to the cathedral Year 3 were amazed to see how tall the spire was! It even had a cockerel on the top!

We had a lovely time making stained-glass windows and we did storytelling of 'The Good Shepherd'. We enjoyed lunch in the cloisters. After lunch we learnt how the cathedral was made. Did you know the inside of the cathedral wall is made of flint?!

Evelyn: "It was really big inside the cathedral and it was lovely to see its decorated ceiling."

Jamie: "Every activity was really exciting."

Patryk: "I was really surprised to hear the cathedral was 900 years old!"
